Raw jackfruit has low calorie and lots of fibre. It has a very good texture like meat. Those who are vegetarian they can try this veg kebab.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm jackfruit raw
  • 1/2 cup Chana dal roasted
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the raw jackfruit and cook until soft. Then shallow fry with little salt and turmeric powder. Grind the roasted Chana.

  • Take a mixing bowl add mashed jackfruit, roasted Chana powder, coconut flour, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Mix all together and give cylindrical shape then prick with wooden stick. Bake on direct flame. Make sure all sides should be roasted. Serve with chutney and salad.
