Sandesh made by seeds
Sandesh is a favourite recipe of all Indians. But some people who don't want to consume dairy products and following plant based products they can try this dessert.

Ingredients
- ½ cup roasted moong dal powder
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp melon seeds
- 2 tbsp ground nuts
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp coconut paste
- 2 tbsp homemade ghee
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- Few saffron threads
- Few pistachio

Instructions
- Make a paste with adding ground nuts, white sesame, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, coconut.
- Take a pan add homemade ghee and roasted moong dal powder. Stir continuously then add seeds paste. Mix together then add saffron soaked coconut milk and jaggery powder.
- Put off the flame mix evenly and make a smooth dough. Now give the shape like sandesh with hand or any mold. Garnish with pistachio and saffron.
