Cucumber Sandwich is one of the easiest sandwich recipes possible. Made with cucumber slices and coriender leaves, this kids recipe is ideal for a quick meal. A fresh, creamy and easy recipe that does not require any cooking. Serve this with tomato ketchup or tomato chutney or just pack it up for you picnic or tiffin.

Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber (or seeds peeled seeds and finely diced)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 8 White Bread (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (fresh)
- 1 tbsp Spinach (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese

Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely incorporated.
- Add garlic powder,salt pepper chopped coriander leaves and chopped spinach leaves and diced cucumber.
- Spread on 8 slices of sandwich bread.
- Top with spring of dill,then close sandwich with remaining bread slices.
- Cut crusts from bread,forming square sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich into oval shape.
- Serve with cold sandwich.
