Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber large sized, or seeds peeled seeds and finely diced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black
- 8 Bread sliced
- 1 tbsp Coriander dhania, fresh
- 1 tbsp Spinach chopped
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely incorporated.
- Add garlic powder,salt pepper chopped coriander leaves and chopped spinach leaves and diced cucumber.
- Spread on 8 slices of sandwich bread.
- Top with spring of dill,then close sandwich with remaining bread slices.
- Cut crusts from bread,forming square sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich into oval shape.
- Serve with cold sandwich.
