Ingredients
 

  • 1 large Cucumber or seeds peeled seeds and finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 White Bread sliced
  • 1 tbsp Coriander fresh
  • 1 tbsp Spinach chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely incorporated.
  • Add garlic powder,salt pepper chopped coriander leaves and chopped spinach leaves and diced cucumber.
  • Spread on 8 slices of sandwich bread.
  • Top with spring of dill,then close sandwich with remaining bread slices.
  • Cut crusts from bread,forming square sandwich.
