Prawns are boneless and a good source of unsaturated fat. It helps to improve your blood cholesterol levels. It has omega 3s and fatty acid like other fish.
I saw my mother used to do something innovative with left over food. I also try to follow her. I have excess boiled potatoes and bread loaf in my fridge. Then I thought to make this patties I want to dedicate to my mom's.

Ingredients
- 00 gm prawn
- 4 bread slices
- 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 beaten egg
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash the prawns some of them marinate with lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt. Fry the marinated prawns keep aside. Rest of them make a paste.
- Now take a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients, prawn paste, boiled mashed potatoes, bread slices, green chili paste, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice and salt.
- Mashed and make a dough. Give patties shape with both palm. Egg brush both sides.
- Heat a frying pan add oil then put all patties. Let them fry light brown.
- Turn other side to light brown.
- Now take each fried prawn prick with each patties. Ready to serve with kechup.
Notes
1. Prawn is very soft fish. It should not over fry or over cook.
2. Prawn has own flavour no need to add extra spice.
