    Green velvet broccoli: Eating broccoli may support better blood sugar control in people with diabetes. I made a paste with green peas, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and fresh coconut.

    • 5 - 6 broccoli sprouts
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • Salt to taste
