Ingredients
- 5 teaspoon Hershey's Strawberry syrup
- 1 pineapple
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 3 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 crushed cardamom
- For garnishing
- 6 almonds
- 5 pistachio
- 15 rose petals
- 8 strands of saffron soaked in water
- 1/4 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Instructions
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into rings n make hole in the centre of it.
- In a blender jar, mix together paneer, fresh cream, sugar till becomes smooth. Add the Harshey's strawberry syrup and cardamom and blend it again.
- Using knife cut the Pistachio and almonds into flakes n wash the rose petals.
- Arrange the pineapple rings on a platter. Over each pineapple, spread the paneer strawberry mix in an even layer using a spatula or fingers to smoothen it all over the pineapple. Keep it the fridge for 20 mins to set a little bit. Now add the garnish
Notes
Keeping pineapple slices for long may turn them bitter so if you want to keep Pineapple Sandesh for long(5-6 hrs) then it’s better to dip pineapple’s slices in cooked sugar syrup(chashni) for 20 mins before making the dessert.
