Sabja seeds drink Sabja seeds are rich in fibre. It is known as Basil seeds, tukmaria and black the contain soluble fibre control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Sabja seeds very easy to consume. Soak for thirty minutes or overnight then use in any form. Here I made sabja sherbet.
- 2 tsp sabja seeds
- Grated cucumber
- Coconut water
- Almond and raisins
- Soak sabja seeds for 30 minutes or overnight. Grate the cucumber
- Assemble with all ingredients. Take a glass add grated cucumber, soaked sabja and rock salt.
- Mix all together and garnish with almond and raisins. Serve to beat the heat.
