Sabja seeds very easy to consume. Soak for thirty minutes or overnight then use in any form. Here I made raita with sabja seeds. No cooking it is easy to make.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • ½ cup Cucumber grated
  • 2 tsp Sabja Seeds
  • 2 tsp Almonds or raisin, or paste raisin paste
  • ¼ tsp Black Salt
  • ¼ tsp Moringa Masala

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl beat the curd, add grated cucumber, soaked sabja, almond raisin paste and black salt.

  • Mix all these ingredients. Again add soaked sabja and sprinkle with moringa masala. Raita is ready to serve.
