Apple (bale) has very good fluids whicWoodh balance our body. It helps in constipation, indigestion, peptic ulcer, piles, diarrhea, dysentery and respiratory systems. It has a good habit to fight with bacteria and viral infectious disease also prevent cancer. This is a seasonal fruit and we should get benefit whole summer.
I used only 2 ingredients for this recipe. Bael is already ripen and coconut milk has natural sweetness. No need to add any extra sweet.

- 1 glass ripen bael juice
- 1 glass saffron soaked coconut milk

Instructions
- Break the bank fruit and scooped out the pulp then mash with water.
- Squeeze the pulp and take out the juice. Add saffron mixed coconut milk and whisk ice cubes.
- Your wood apple drink bus ready to serve in a glass.
Notes
1. Instead of coconut milk you can add curd or any other milk.
2. If you need more sweetness you can add jaggery or any other sweet.
