Ingredients
- 100 gm Purple Cabbage (red)
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Melon Seeds (or seeds flax seeds)
- Nuts (walnut - optional)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Lime Juice (juice)

Instructions
- Roast the seeds and nuts together.
- Chop  rest of the ingredients.
- Add Salt and lime juice.
