Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 30 ounces black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- cayenne pepper
- cumin cowder
- red chili powder

Instructions
- Chop garlic and onion finely. Chop the peppers less finely.
- Oil frying pan and saute garlic and onion until flavorful. Then add in peppers to grill.
- Mash the beans and then add to the pan. Mix in salsa.
- Add spices to taste.
- Serve warm on a soft or hard tortilla. Extras added can include coriander and guacamole, as shown in the picture.
