  • Wash the red cabbage leaves and get chopped. Take whipped curd and keep aside.
  • Now take a pan heat 1 tsp oil then remove from the flame. Add whole red chilli, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, chopped purple cabbage and black salt to taste.
  • Pour the whipped curd and mix evenly then serve with any combination.

  • Here I have prepared mixed millet flat bread. Those who don't like to have vegetables they may have this raita.
