Roasted Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 Asparagus
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Preparation - Wash and cut the bottom stem of Asparagus properly and keep it side.
- how to cook asparagus in a pan -Peel and chop garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in the skillet.
- Throw in garlic cloves into the oil and saute it for 2 minutes and let it become brown in colour..
- Add asparagus and saute it too. Saute asparagus till it becomes crisp
- How to season asparagus - Seasoning is a simple mix of salt and pepper. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Give a stir and turn off the stove.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and Stir it few times. Serve the sauteed asparagus hot with cheese sauce or dip.
