  • Boiled potato-1 mashed
  • Pallak-1cup finely chopped
  • Onion-1chopped
  • Green chili-2 chopped
  • Chat masala -1tsp
  • gm masala-1/4 tsp
  • Oil-1tbls+for shallow fry
  • Salt
  • Cornflour-2tbls

  • leave aside the with cover Add all other ingredients mmix well .make balls and desired shape Heat nonstick tawa apply oil.roast kabab from both sides Eat with chutney or sauce
