  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Mix Veg-1/2Cup carrot peas barocccali mix veg
  • 1 Potato boiled mashed
  • 1 cup Pallak-1Cup Finely Chopped pallak finely chopped
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 gm Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil for shallow fry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour


  • leave aside the with cover Add all other ingredients mmix well .make balls and desired shape Heat nonstick tawa apply oil.roast kabab from both sides Eat with chutney or sauce
