Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 bunch Palak
- 1 Potato boiled
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup Veggies mix potional
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- leaves Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Oil shallow fry

Instructions
- Wash and finely cut the palak and vegetables.
- Heat 2cup water.when boil add quinoa and veggitables. Boil for five minutes. Remove from fire.
- Add palak and cover it. Leave aside for 15-20 minutes Drain all the water.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well Add 1tbls oil to this mixture.
- Make desired shape balls
- Heat non stick Tawana or pan. Apply oil on tawa. Fry kabab on bothe sides till brown. Apply little oil in between
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
