  • Take a pan, put some butter in it and place the burrito in it Llet it toast until the baida roti becomes crisp. Cut them half and serve hot with Chilli sauce or ketchup.

Recipe Notes

For Baida Roti- Take 1 cup maida , 3-4 tsp ghee, ajwain (optional) sprinkle some salt , add 1 egg in it and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 10-15 mints. Roll it and Cook it on a tawa like a Chappati.

Additional Tips

  • For a more robust fusion flavor, try adding a spread of green chutney or spicy achaar (Indian pickle) inside the roti before assembling the burrito—this amps up the Indian street food vibe.
  • If you prefer a vegetarian version, swap the chicken for spiced paneer or sautéed mushrooms, seasoned with garam masala for extra depth.
  • To prevent the roti from getting soggy, lightly toast it with butter on a hot tawa or skillet before adding the fillings—this also adds a deliciously crisp texture to your wrap.
  • For a visually appealing brunch platter, slice the burrito on a diagonal and serve with a tangy salsa and a cooling raita dip on the side.
