Puffed Rice Salad For Weight Loss

Ingredients
- Puffed rice 100 gm
- Onion 1 small size
- Carrot 1
- Beetroot 1/2
- Raw mango 3tblsp
- Cabbage 2tblsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Salt
- Groundnut optinol 2tblsp
- Coconut oil 2tsp
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Tomato deseeded half
Instructions
- Chopp onion finely. Grate carrot, beetroot, cabbage. Deseed the tomato n chop. Cut raw mangoe into small pieces
- Mix all the veggies add redchilli powder n little salt(as sometimes puffed rice has salt in it). Now add oil n groundnut​. Mix well
- Add the puffed rice n give just a mix. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it
Notes
- Add the puffed rice just before serving or else it will absorb the water from veggies n becomes soggy
- Can add any veggies or sprouts of ur choice
