- 1 glass Buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 2 Dates finally chopped
- small cubes Papaya or apple apple riped
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Melon Seeds
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tsp Seeds flex powder
- 1 tsp Seeds hemp powder

Instructions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl & consume immediately.Fruits are sufficiently sweet but still for more sweetness honey can be added.
