  • 1 glass Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 2 Dates finally chopped
  • small cubes Papaya or apple apple riped
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Melon Seeds
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Seeds flex powder
  • 1 tsp Seeds hemp powder


  • Mix everything together in a large bowl & consume immediately.Fruits are sufficiently sweet but still for more sweetness honey can be added.
