  • Heat oil fry the Papad keep aside. Then fry one by one cornflakes, ground nut and flat rice.
  • Now take a bowl add crushed Papad, puffed rice, flat rice, ground nut and cornflakes.
  • Mix properly with chat masala, black salt, red chili powder and mango powder

Recipe Notes

In rainy day serve jhalmoori with cup of tea. It can kept more than  15 day in a air tight container. We can serve any time any day.
