Burma is our neighbour country. Sometimes we can try other than Indian recipe. I This is a traditional recipe of Burma. It can serve any time. It is a whole meal. I have learned this recipe from wife of my elder cousin. She has Burmese neighborhood.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Masoor Dal
- 1 packet Noodles
- Eggs (boiled)
- 1 cup Banana (trunk)
- 1 cup Matar (or paste dal paste)
- 1/2 cup Matar (soaked dal)
- 2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Aajino Moto (aajino moto)
- Chilli flakes (as required)
- Oil (as required)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Sauce (or fish fish as required)
- pieces Lemon
- 1 cup Fish (boneless boiled)

Instructions
- Take a pan to cook soup. Add dal with water. Add turmeric powder, red chilli paste, chopped onion, chopped garlic and salt.
- Cook till paste add banana trunk slices and fish sauce.
- Boil noodles keep separate. Boil eggs keep aside. Take a frying pan heat oil add chopped onion,chopped garlic, boneless boiled shredded fish and red chilli. Fry all these ingredients and pour into the soup
- Now make a batter with soaked dal, matar dal paste, chopped onion, red chilli paste and salt.
- Take a frying pan heat and add oil to fry pakora. Keep separate.
- Now ready to serve. Take soup bowl add boiled noodles and soup. Add parkora, chilli flakes, boiled eggs and lemon pieces.

It is a whole meal serve hot.
