I always wanted a light evening snack with little crunch, masala and low in Calories. Currently I’m experimenting few varieties. I must say “Masala Puffed rice†fits in that category so well. It’s low in calories, fat-free and sodium-free. It is very light and easily digestible. Though puffed rice is not rich in proteins and fibers and it will not keep your stomach full for longer. But it’s perfect for an evening snack. It requires very basic and minimum ingredients to prepare and very easy too. I used white puffed rice and you can use brown puffed rice as well.
