Oats Cutlet -Easy Snack With Oats

Oats cutlet is a healthy and easy snack made with oats, potato and spices. I make cutlets often at home as they are easy to make, healthy and also delicious. It is a perfect tea time snack and also a nutritious after school snack for kids. It also makes a light breakfast.

Instructions
- Dry roast the oats and keep it aside. Heat little oil in a pan, add green chillies, onion and carrot. Add salt and saute well.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala and toss well. Add the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes
- Add the oats and coriander and mix well.
- Make it into small ball of equal size and make it round flat shaped cutlets.
- Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and place the cutlets. When the bottom turns golden brown, flip to the other side
- Remove when both the sides become golden brown.
- Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney along with your evening cup of tea or coffee.
Notes
You can deep fry the cutlets if you like.
