Ingredients
- 250 gm Puffed Rice 1 large bowl
- Onions green vegetables and green peas of your choice finely chopped
- 3 Green Chillies slitted
- 2 spoons Lemon Juice tea
- 2 spoons Roasted Peanuts tb
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 spoon Turmeric Powder tea
- leaves Coriander or curry and curry
- 1 spoon Oil tb
- Mustard Seeds urad dal and chana dal for seasoning

Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil. Do the seasoning with mustard seeds and dals. Once they splutter add the turmeric powder, onions and green chillies and fry.
- Then add the green peas, curry leaves and other vegetables with salt. Stir them well. Add the roasted peanuts.
- While they are getting cooked, take the puffed rice in strainer and show it in the running water for few seconds. Squeeze them out without water and add to the pan. Stir well.
- Switch off the stove. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves. The healthy breakfast is ready to serve now.
