Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup For Gatta -2 Cup Fine Chopped Poi Leaves for gatta fine chopped poi
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Heeng
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Onion for frying fine chopped
  • 2 Tomato fine chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix gram flour, poi leaves, salt, red chili powder, ghee, Heena, lemon juice and make dough using water.
  • Boil water in a large pan, dived the dough into equal portion and make roll. add salt and 1tsp oil in water. add rolls cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
  • Cool and cut into Them small rounds. Heat oil add cumin let them crackle add green chili, onion and saute until softened
  • Add turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder and tomato mix well and cook until tomatoes gets soft.
  • Add gatta stir and mix. Add salt , amchoor cook 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green chili Serve hot with tea or coffee.
