Ingredients
- For gatta -2 cup Fine chopped Poi leaves
- 2 cup gram flour
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon heeng
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon desi ghee
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- For frying -2tbsp fine chopped onion
- 2 fine chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Amchoor powder
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt

Instructions
- Mix gram flour, poi leaves, salt, red chili powder, ghee, Heena, lemon juice and make dough using water.
- Boil water in a large pan, dived the dough into equal portion and make roll. add salt and 1tsp oil in water. add rolls cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Cool and cut into Them small rounds. Heat oil add cumin let them crackle add green chili, onion and saute until softened
- Add turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder and tomato mix well and cook until tomatoes gets soft.
- Add gatta stir and mix. Add salt , amchoor cook 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green chili Serve hot with tea or coffee.
