The most humble vegetables / root that blends with almost every dish, curry, or any other vegetable. There are around thousands of recipes made using potatoes all across the world, in fact I feel where nothing grows, grow a potato.
Whether its fries, chips, any Indian or International curry, a pie, sweet or savory...potatoes are just a perfect savior to all cooks in the kitchen.
Hasselback Potatoes - Jamie Oliver style. Though the original recipe has a vibrant use of Rose Mary and Gorgonzola Cheese but as my place doesn't provide me such exotic ingredients I replaced it with our very desi Coriander, some Garlic Powder and Cheddar Cheese.
