  • Wash and marinate the fish with salt, lemon, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Keep for 10 minutes.
    Patrani machhi
  • Now bake on banana leaves on normal pan with low flame. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • In other side take a pan add oil, then onion paste, chopped ginger stir continuously. Now add grated coconut, tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Again stir continuously add curry leaves and chopped chillies. Masala is ready to cover the baked fish.
  • Now cover the fish with cooked masala and again bake for another 05 minutes.
  • After then you can see the fish cooked on leaves. Serve with steam rice, dal and other recipe.
