Ingredients
- 2 fish whole
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp coconut grated
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 tbsp chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- Banana leaves
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash and marinate the fish with salt, lemon, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Keep for 10 minutes.
- Now bake on banana leaves on normal pan with low flame. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In other side take a pan add oil, then onion paste, chopped ginger stir continuously. Now add grated coconut, tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Again stir continuously add curry leaves and chopped chillies. Masala is ready to cover the baked fish.
- Now cover the fish with cooked masala and again bake for another 05 minutes.
- After then you can see the fish cooked on leaves. Serve with steam rice, dal and other recipe.
