Mixed veg paratha There are different types of parathas. Sometimes we can change the design and ingredients of making paratha. Here is a sample I made this paratha in rectangular shape and filled with mixed vegetables

Whole Wheat Flour

cup
Bathua Paste

bowl
Vegetable
chopped mix

tsp
Garlic
chopped
1
tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder

tsp
Garam Masala Powder
Oil
for shallow fry
1-2
tsp
Salt
or as per taste
Instructions
Make a smooth dough with adding whole wheat flour, bathua paste and water as requested. Then keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute for a minute.
Add chopped mixed vegetables saute for 5 minutes. Then add salt, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder.
Again cook for a few minutes, then add fresh chopped coriander leaves
Now divide the dough in equal parts and spread with rolling pin. Put the filling in center and four sides as shown in picture.
Now shallow fry the paratha either with ghee or oil. It is full meal not required any other combination
