It is a healthy shallow fried cutlets, vegan, no onion no garlic recipe, great finger food for kids. It can be kept inside a burger bun or eaten as it is with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
- Moong sprouts 1 tablespoon
- Green peas 1 tablespoon
- Chickpea 1 tablespoon
- 3 boiled potatoes
- Salt
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili no 2 chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1 beaten eggs

Instructions
- Boil sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix all ingredients except oil n egg. Make balls and press it with the help of palm shape round to the mixture balls.
- Heat oil in nonstick pan deep tikkis in egg n shallow fry all tikkis from both side. Serve hot with chutney
