It is a healthy shallow fried cutlets, vegan, no onion no garlic recipe, great finger food for kids. It can be kept inside a burger bun or eaten as it is with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
  

  • Moong sprouts 1 tablespoon
  • Green peas 1 tablespoon
  • Chickpea 1 tablespoon
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chili no 2 chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1 beaten eggs

Instructions
 

  • Boil sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix all ingredients except oil n egg. Make balls and press it with the help of palm shape round to the mixture balls.
  • Heat oil in nonstick pan deep tikkis in egg n shallow fry all tikkis from both side. Serve hot with chutney
