Instructions

  • Grease a baking pan and keep aside. Place the peanut butter in a saucepan. Melt peanut butter on low heat till fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and add honey. Stir in muesli, cocoa powder and vanilla essence. Transfer to a bowl and mix to form a dough.
  • With oiled hands, take one tablespoon of dough each and make small balls. Flatten the balls to cookie shape and place on greased pan. Top with chocolate chips.
  • At this stage, for a no-bake version, you can choose to chill it a little and serve it.
  • For a baked version (which you can store in an airtight container over the counter), bake for about 6 to 8 minutes in a preheated oven (at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Centigrade) to set the cookies.
  • Take it out of oven and gently press white chocolate chips over each cookie and serve when when cool. Chocolate chips have been added only for decorative purposes.
  • Store unbaked cookies in the refrigerator and the baked ones in an airtight container on the counter.
