Moong sprouts 1 tablespoon
Green peas 1 tablespoon
Chickpea 1 tablespoon

boiled potatoes
Salt
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili no 2 chopped
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Oil for shallow fry

beaten eggs
Instructions
Boil sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix all ingredients except oil n egg. Make balls and press it with the help of palm shape round to the mixture balls.
Heat oil in nonstick pan deep tikkis in egg n shallow fry all tikkis from both side. Serve hot with chutney
