Millet laddoo Millet has lots of benefits, those who are health conscious they are very much worry about their kids. Experts suggest millet in their daily diet. I made the laddoo with mixed millet. Keep them in a airtight container give your children when they feel hungry.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Bajra flour
  • ¼ cup ragi flour
  • ¼ cup jowar flour
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup dry fruits
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 2 tbsp concentrated jaggery
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast all millet flour then add wheat flour. Roast until the aroma come out.

  • Add dry fruits, ghee, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder. Mix all together.

  • Keep them little cool then give small round shape. Laddoo ready to eat. Keep in a airtight container.
