  • 500 gm Grated Carrot
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mawa
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup Fruits mixed dry
  • 1/2 cup Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 Cream fresh


  • Take a frying pan heat add grated carrot and ghee. Carrot will be shallow fry. Add sugar stir continuously till non sticky.

  • Add mixed dry fruits, cardamom powder and mawa and mix well. Give laddoo shape and garnish with cashew nut fresh cream.
