Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup bajra flour
  • 1/4 cup Desi Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Jagerry
  • 1/4 cup makhana
  • 1/4 cup dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp eatable gum
  • 5-6 Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan heat and add pure ghee and bajra flour. Stir continuously until the roasted aroma comes out.

  • In another pan roast the makhana and keep aside. Fry the eatable gum with little ghee.

  • Now grind makhana, dry fruits, gondh (eatable gum) and green cardamom.

  • Take a mixing bowl add roasted bajra flour, jaggery and grounded ingredients. Combine all the ingredients then give round shape. Healthy homemade ladoo is ready to serve.
