Coconut laddus is a quick to prepare with few ingredients of Hindustani recipes, which we can serve at any Hindu festival or on the arrival of the guest, if you can maintain it in a traditional way. It requires a syrup to be made, but there is no need for them to be made with condensed milk. Though often colors are used in these sweets, but here I have used khas syrup to enhance color and flavor. It is essential to finely grate coconut, one can also buy grated coconut which is easy to find in the market. If you wish to grate coconut at home, then use the thin side of a grater.
