As we know that vegetables are good for health. Sometimes we try to avoid vegetables in diet. School going childrens they like fast food, street food and unhygienic food. If we serve them in an artistic way definitely they will show the interest of eating vegetables. The garden is made by mashed potatoes and green vegetables. This recipe is similar to salad. It is cooked, just cut and start eating.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/4 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 ginger powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 50 gm butter
  • Cut the veggies with design for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan add butter, grated cabbage, grated carrot and beetroot, ginger garlic paste.
  • Stir continuously there should not any moisture. Add cinnamon powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all together then keep aside.
  • In the same pan add butter, mashed potatoes, ginger powder and salt. Saute and mix properly.
  • I have given a hut shaped and flower pot.
  • Take a serving plate put the cooked vegetables and cover with cooked potatoes. Flower pot also in same way.
  • Garnish with designer cut vegetables, spring onion and mint.

Notes

Definitely kids will attract with this veggies garden.
