Veggie Garden

Ingredients
- 2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup grated beetroot
- 1/4 cup grated cabbage
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 ginger powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 50 gm butter
- Cut the veggies with design for garnishing
Instructions
- Take a frying pan add butter, grated cabbage, grated carrot and beetroot, ginger garlic paste.
- Stir continuously there should not any moisture. Add cinnamon powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all together then keep aside.
- In the same pan add butter, mashed potatoes, ginger powder and salt. Saute and mix properly.
- I have given a hut shaped and flower pot.
- Take a serving plate put the cooked vegetables and cover with cooked potatoes. Flower pot also in same way.
- Garnish with designer cut vegetables, spring onion and mint.
