  • 1 kg Refined Flour
  • 1/2 kg Mava mava
  • 2 tbsp Melon Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Grated Coconut or coconut or dedicated coconut
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Almonds finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chironji chironji
  • 1/1/2 cup Clarified Butter or ghee ghee
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Refined Flour or water and water for sealing


  • in a pan dry roast the mava till it become golden. pop the melon seeds in another pan.
  • now with the adding all the filling ingredients make the mixture . knee the soft dough with ghee,flour and keep it for 1/2 an hour with covering a musclin cloth .
  • divide in too small ball and make the small poories . fill with mixture seal the borders with your lovely hands .
  • heat the oil and fry them golden. always fry on sim.
