Masala pav a popular street food of mumbai which is a masaledar combination of onions, tomatoes, capsicum stuffed in butter toasted pavs. Its quick and delicious and goes well with a cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Pav
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 2 to Tomato finely chopped
- 2-3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 3-4 tbsp Butter
- 1.5 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- red chili powder as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1-2 leaves Coriander finely chopped
- wedge Lemon

Instructions
- Heat butter or oil in a pan add chopped onions saute for 1-2 mins. Add chopped garlic saute till its raw smell goes.
- Now add tomatoes along with turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix it well. Add little water and cook until the tomatoes are soft. At last add the coriander leaves mix it switch off the flame and keep the masala aside.
- Heat butter on tawa Slice the pav in half cook the pav from both the sides. Stuff the pav with the prepared masala. Serve hot with green chutney and lemon wedges.
