Ingredients
- Black lentil 300 gm
- Onions 1 number
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Garam masala half a teaspoon
- Green chillies 2 number
- Tez Patta 1 number
- Red Chilli Powder half a teaspoon
- Dhania Powder half teaspoon
- Turmeric half a teaspoon
- Cumin Whole one pinch
- Kidney beans 100 gm
- Tomato 1 number
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the black lentils along with the kidney beans
- Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan, add whole cumin, wait till it turns black, add onions and garlic cloves. Fry until they turn brown
- Add the garam masala, dhania powder, turmeric and red chilly powder also add the cut green chillies, mix properly with the onions then add tomato and add a little water to make the curry.
- When the curry is made add salt and the boiled lentil, add a little water as well, mix it properly and cook for five minutes, make sure the curry is not very thin, do not add excess water.
