The best way to describe today’s Rotini Pasta Salad is this: simple vegetarian fare. So pretty, it’s like a little fall bouquet in a bowl! A recipe that doubles up as a warm salad and a holiday side dish!
Yield / Serves
1 cup rotini pasta (boiled)
1 cup sprouts
1 tablespoons red bell pepper finely chopped
1 tablespoons yellow bell pepper finely chopped
1 tablespoon capsicum
1 tablespoons cucumber roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoons pasta masala magic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat olive oil in wok. Add cumin seeds when seeds stop crackling. Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capsicum in it saute for minute on high flame.
Add sprouts in it n mix it. Add salt, black pepper powder and pasta magic masala powder. Mix it really well.
Add cucumber and rotini pasta. Mix all the ingredients really well. Switch off the flame.
Sprouts Rotini Pasta is ready to serve. Serve this hot.
