Lauki Soup is a light soup which helps to reduce weight. This is a perfect weight loss recipe. Bottle gourd soup is low in calories and fats but keep ones full for longer time, thus extra munching in between meals are avoided. This is not a creamy soup which adds to calories, thus cream, butter or potato are not added in the soup.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Bottle Gourd (Lauki)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Black pepper (as per taste)
- 1/2 piece Onion (diced )
- 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 1-2 piece Garlic cloves (crushed )
- 1 tbsp Whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp oil in pressure cooker, sauté coriander and cumin seeds, garlic, onion as well.
- Add all other ingredients along with double the quantity of water. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Blend the soup and sieve the soup (optional). Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Healthy soup is ready to serve.
