  • 2 packs Biscuits britannia vita marie
  • 1/4th cup Cream fresh
  • 1/2 cup Grapes red
  • 1/2 cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1/2 slice Peach
  • 1/2 slice Plum Slices 1/2 Cup plum
  • 1/2 cubes Apple
  • 1/2 cubes Mango


  • Chop up your favourite fruits. You can use seasonal fruits too. Assemble these just before serving else the biscuits will become soggy.
  • I used Britannia Vita Marie Gold biscuits because they are thicker and will be easier to work with. They do not become soggy easily.
  • Place all the fruits on the biscuits and top with fresh cream as desired. Serve immediately. Chill all the fruits in the refrigerator before making these beautiful looking canapes.
