Ingredients
- 2 piece Apple
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup Water (little less than 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 2/3 cup powdered Jaggery
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Instant Oats

Instructions
- Peel and cut apple in to a greased baking dish.
- Add in cinnamon powder along with lemon juice so that apples doesn't turn dark and get nice flavor.
- In a bowl, add in oil, jaggery powder and vanilla essence.
- Mix well.
- Add in both flour along with oats and mix well to get sand like consistency.
- Add in half cup of water on apples.
- Sprinkle the crumble on top of apples and spread evenly.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 min until crust get crispy enough.
- Let it cool down a bit.
- Serve hot with ice cream or have it just like that.
