Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Noodles
  • 100 gm Boiled shredded chicken
  • 100 gm Onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili paste
  • 3-4 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • Chicken stock as required
  • Oil as required
  • Coconut cream as required
  • 2 egg boiled
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts crushed
  • Green chilli chopped
  • Coriander fresh , chopped
  • Lime fresh, slices
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Boil noodles keep separate. Boil eggs and chicken keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a frying pan fry chopped garlic keep separate. Fry chopped onion keep separate.

  • Now add shredded chicken, red chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and stir fry.

  • Now make a paste with gram flour, chicken stock and coconut cream. Add noodles.

  • Mixed noodles and red chilli flakes, boiled eggs, fried garlic,fried onion all these together.

  • Now ready to serve hot khow suey with chopped green chilli, chopped fresh coriander, crushed ground nut and lime juice.

Notes

Those children who are non vegetarian once if you try and will forget yipee and Maggie. So ask your mom to cook. I hope all lovely ladies can try.
