Cut the raw jackfruit and cook until soft. Then shallow fry with little salt and turmeric powder. Grind the roasted Chana.
Take a mixing bowl add mashed jackfruit, roasted Chana powder, coconut flour, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
Mix all together and give cylindrical shape then prick with wooden stick. Bake on direct flame. Make sure all sides should be roasted. Serve with chutney and salad.
