  • In a pot add water and potato cubes and boil till the potato is completely cooked about 10-15 mins.

  • Drain the potatoes, let it cool down a little bit but not completely cool down and mash the potatoes nicely.

  • In a mixing bowl add the mashed potato, grated potato, garlic powder, Olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Add in the all purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder and combine the well with the potato mixture and make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 10-15 mins.

  • Divide the dough into 3-4 portions and roll them into a ball. Place the dough in the greased baking tray and flatten them with your fingers. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chilly flakes over the bread.

  • Preheat oven @180° for 10 mins. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 mins.

  • You can cook in a griddle or a flat tawa with drizzle of little oil/butter.You can add spices to make it more flavorful.
