Ingredients
- 1 cup Sago
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 leaves Coriander
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

Instructions
- Soak sago for 2 hours
- Boil and mash potatoes
- Mix together sago,potatoes,grated ginger,salt,chopped onion,chopped green chilli,chopped coriander leaves,chilli flakes,Chaat masala and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs...mix well
- Take a small portion of the mixture and give it a shape like tikki
- Make all the tikis like this
- Make a thin smooth paste of all purpose flour and water
- Dip the tikis in this paste and then coat with breadcrumbs...
- Deep fry or shallow fry the tikis till golden brown in colour from both the sides
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney
