Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Olives chopped green
  • 4 to 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 to 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Nigella Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1-2 leaves Basil chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil extra for the parathas
  • Water As Needed

Instructions
 

  • Mix salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the flour and mix well.
  • Add the chopped olives, garlic cloves, nigella seeds, chilli flakes and basil leaves.
  • Add water and knead it into a smooth dough.Divide the dough into equal parts and keep aside.
  • Heat a non stick Tawa . Roll each small portion into a flat bread abnd shallow fry them with Olive Oil on the pre heated Tawa.

  • Serve with Dip of your choice and a glass of Orange Juice.
