These Olives Parathas are a classic twist to the Indian Flatbread. They are crispy , tangy and great start to a healthy day.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives
- 4 to 5 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
- 1 tablespoon Nigella seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- Few Basil Leaves chopped
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil + Extra for the Parathas
- Water as needed

Instructions
- Mix salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the flour and mix well.
- Add the chopped olives, garlic cloves, nigella seeds, chilli flakes and basil leaves.
- Add water and knead it into a smooth dough.Divide the dough into equal parts and keep aside.
- Heat a non stick Tawa . Roll each small portion into a flat bread abnd shallow fry them with Olive Oil on the pre heated Tawa.
- Serve with Dip of your choice and a glass of Orange Juice.
