My husband taught me how to remove the membrane of green peas skin. I think cooking is a great art. Select green and healthy skin which will be appreciated.

- 1 bowl green peas skin chopped
- 1/2 tsp onion seeds
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt to taste

- Very carefully remove the membrane from the skin. Then finely chopped the soft skin.
- Take a frying pan heat and add oil then onion seeds. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, turmeric powder, sliced green chili, chopped skin and salt. Mix well and cover the lid till cook. Then it is ready to serve.
Notes
If there was any membrane nobody will appreciate. Other wise it will soft and delicious.
