About Instant Coconut Ladoos
I am one who is really bad at making Indian sweets.
For one, elaborate ones really try my patience.
Secondly, they require expertise, that as of now I lack.
But fact is, I love them too much.
Hence, recently I have started to try my hand at the easier ones.
This one is very easy, but still yummy.
It requires no cooking at all and comes together within minutes.
Good to impress the family and guests during the coming festivals.

Ingredients
- Coconut Powder 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoon
- Desi Ghee as needed at room temperature
- Almonds optional pistas
- Elaichi Powder a pinch

Instructions
- Take the coconut powder , elaichi powder and sugar in a plate
- Mix well.
- Now,start by adding 1 tablespoon ghee into it.
- Keep on adding ghee little by little till the mixture can be made into ladoos that don't break or crumble.
- Give round shape and keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
- This will firm up the ladoos.
Recipe Notes
Chopped almonds and Cashewnuts can also be added to get a rich taste.
