Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoon ghee
  • 3/4 cup jaggery Grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon almonds chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt the ghee in a non stick pan.
  • Add the whole wheat flour and saute on a slow flame for 10 minutes till it turns golden brown in colour stirring continously.
  • Remove from flame. Add jaggery and cardamon powder n mix well.
  • Mix till the jaggery melts n mixture is well mixed.Add chopped almonds n pistachios.
  • Pour the Gud papdi mixture in a greased thali and spread it evenly with the base of a small bowl.
  • Cut into square pieces while still warm.
  • Store in an air tight container. Enjoy
